Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Divide by Infinity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding contract between you and Divide by Infinity.

Description of service

Divide by Infinity is a multi-world online education framework for K-12 learners. The Service includes interactive learning worlds, progress tracking, gamified achievements (belts, stripes, points), and community features.

User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have verifiable parental consent, to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Upload malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically retrieve data without permission.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, and branding on the Service are owned by Divide by Infinity and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, educational purposes within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Service level

We strive to provide uninterrupted and error-free service, but we do not guarantee it. The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divide by Infinity's aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divide by Infinity from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Divide by Infinity is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
