How to request a refund

Refund eligibility

• Refunds apply to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are available once per account for lifetime purchases.
• Gift purchases may require the recipient to initiate the refund request.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate partial months, but you may request a refund under our 30-day guarantee if within the refund window.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
